101 new homes in the south Dublin on Marietta Woods. The crescent shaped pavilion building is the result of an exhaustive design process with Twinlite’s design team, comprising McCauley Daye O’Connell architects and Kavanagh Burke consulting engineers. When completed in March 2023, the building will be one of the first delivered with a full ‘blue roof’ which provides for both rainwater storage and supports biodiversity through rooftop planting.
