PEDINI: DOUBLE THE INNOVATION
Pedini’s project has embraced three branches of innovation: product, process and internalization.
The main objective has been to consolidate Pedini’s position and to target an even higher-end luxury market segment, with the presentation of new models and materials, directed at the needs of the target market.
This new advancement in products’ customization required a development in the design system, aimed at the product’s improvement in order to make it quicker and high-performance, and a development in the MES system, for a reorganization and a more efficient management of the manufacturing process.
In order to achieve these objectives, the internal sales structure has been reorganized and more innovative and efficient digital tools have been introduced, thanks to the consultance with established companies in the marketing industry.
